Job summary

Caplock Security is seeking a Senior Help Desk Team Lead to direct Educational Technology Support (ETS) operations for student soldiers and instructors at the Maneuver Center of Excellence, Fort Benning. You will manage a team of 12+ technicians and coordinate ETS scheduling and functions to support training missions for classes of up to 400 students.

The role requires an active secret clearance on day one, a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, and ITIL Foundation certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Active secret security clearance on first day of contract.
Experience managing 12+ team members.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and schedule the ETS team across up to four NOC sites.
Coordinate daily ETS activities, workload distribution, and coverage to meet performance standards.
Work with the PM, COR, and Government stakeholders to prioritize work and resolve issues.
Serve as Alternate Program Manager and review FLIPL packets when PM is absent.
Oversee cloud/server maintenance, AD management, and device deployment for courses.
Lead quarterly STIG analysis and IA compliance efforts.
