Job summary

Caplock Security LLC seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support an Army training environment at Fort Benning, GA. The role combines hands-on admin of ETS with IA compliance, scripting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities include managing cloud and on-prem servers, AD/SharePoint, STIG analysis, and coordination with NEC to resolve access and network issues. Requires DoD experience and active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in a technical environment, or Bachelor's degree and 12+ years.
• At least 8 years supporting student environments of similar scope and size, either for Government or a Government client.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and a Microsoft certification.
• Active secret clearance on day one of the contract.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM, NPS, print server administration, and SharePoint.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises servers and storage.
• Provide print server maintenance and management.
• Register ETS systems with NEC for network imaging.
• Provide scripting support to automate tasks.
• Manage ETS Active Directory user and computer accounts, print objects, and security groups.
• Create and maintain standard naming conventions for computer accounts.
• Assist student soldiers with smartcard access to ETS systems.
• Conduct STIG analysis and remediation for DoD IA compliance.
• Support Government audits of AUP and IA directories.
• Incident response for IA compliance issues.
• Security briefs and device management for mobile devices.
• Collaborate with NEC to resolve user/account, outages, remote access, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Develop and improve day-to-day maintenance processes.
• Develop and maintain the TRADOC Knowledge Management SharePoint site; collect data and metrics.
• Evaluate and improve processes; propose new technology solutions.
