Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks a Senior Help Desk Support for ETS Lead / Alternate PM at Fort Benning, GA. The role leads the Educational Technology Support (ETS) team and serves as the alternate Program Manager in the absence of the primary PM.

Requirements include 10+ years in a technical environment, 8+ years supporting student environments for Govt clients, and an active SECRET clearance. Bachelor's in IT and ITIL Foundation are required.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in a technical environment.
8+ years supporting student environments of similar scope and size for Government clients.
Experience managing day-to-day activities for a team of at least 12 members.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Active SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day activity of the ETS team, scheduling and functions.
Coordinate equipment inventories (10% monthly, 100% annually) with the Government Hand Receipt Holder.
Collaborate on Lifecycle Replacement of ETS student computers and maintain inventory tracking.
Provide the COR with data on future Training Resource Arbitration Panel (TRAP) course schedules.
Deliver monthly ETS metric and NOC reports by the fifth day of the following month.
Serve as alternate Program Manager, performing all PM duties in the primary PM's absence.
