Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a DoD Financial Management Analyst to support a Department of Defense program office. The role will handle cradle-to-grave budget execution, funding documents, and financial reporting to ensure funds execution, tracking, reconciliation, and audit readiness.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required along with an active Full Secret clearance. The position offers a hybrid schedule with one day onsite per week in Crystal City, VA and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience providing business, financial, or analytical support.
• Active Full Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD financial management and budget execution activities, including cradle‑to‑grave execution of appropriated funds.
• Experience preparing and executing funding documents (MIPRs, purchases) and other financial docs.
• Experience preparing financial documentation in support of funds execution, tracking, reconciliation, and audit activities.
• Ability to research, collect, analyze, document, and distill financial and business data for decision-making.
• Experience tracking and reconciling unobligated and unliquidated funds.

Responsibilities

• Support cradle‑to‑grave budget execution and financial operations for a DoD program office.
• Prepare and execute funding documents (MIPRs, purchase requests) and related financial documentation.
• Reconcile unobligated/unliquidated funds and support audit activities.
• Utilize DoD financial systems (CCARS, CRIS, DTIM, Navy ERP, PIEE) for reporting and decision making.
