Job summary

Serco Inc., a leading provider of defense and civilian services, seeks a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK, with a focus on budgeting, program management, and compliance.

The role requires active DoD secret clearance, SAP/SCI experience, and strong expertise in PPBE processes, EVMS, and funds reconciliation across multiple DoD systems. Travel up to 10% CONUS is possible.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with potential for SAP/SCI access and TS/SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years DoD/government accounting/finance experience
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years DoD/government accounting/finance experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
• Travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation; forecast obligations/expenditures
• Prepare briefing materials and program management documentation
• Reconcile accounting data; produce status reports and program reviews
• Perform PMA analysis and manage budgeting/ funding tasks across programs
• Support acquisition strategy planning and PMB development across milestones
• Access government databases (WAWF, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS, FMSuite) for reconciliation
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis; coordinate audits with DoD agencies
• Contribute to contract reconciliation/closeout efforts; ensure DoD/DFAS guidelines are followed
