Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG in the Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. This role focuses on budgeting, financial baselines, and program analysis across PPBE processes for DoD acquisition programs.

The candidate will manage funds, prepare briefs, reconcile data from DoD systems, and coordinate audits and contract closeout. A SECRET clearance is required with potential SAP/SCI access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field with extensive DoD/government experience.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred with DoD DoD contractor experience.
• Minimum 15 years DoD/government experience for BA track.
• Minimum 10 years DoD/contractor experience for MA track.
• 3+ years SAP/SCI experience within last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation; forecast obligations and expenditures.
• Prepare and present briefings; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounting data; produce status reports and reviews.
• Conduct PMA analyses and manage budgeting/execution tasks.
• Plan acquisition strategies; track program milestones; manage PMBs.
• Research funds reconciliation using DoD databases.
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis.
