Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK, delivering budgeting, funds management, and program financial analysis across acquisition programs.

This role requires an active SECRET clearance with potential for TS/SCI, and extensive DoD finance experience. Travel up to 10% may be required; advanced degrees are preferred for senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance with potential to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics with at least 15 years DoD/government experience.
• Master’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics with at least 10 years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation with forecasting for acquisition programs.
• Prepare and present briefings; coordinate staff actions and program reviews.
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare program status reports.
• Assist in planning acquisition strategies and PMBs; track program milestones.
