Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture efforts for high-value Federal Civilian IT pursuits. The role spans the full BD lifecycle, coordinating internal and external teams to shape acquisitions and win contracts across multiple large opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven capture track record in enterprise IT, strong writing and briefing skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% as required to meet customers and shape strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 13+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Proven track record of successful capture management in Enterprise IT across Federal Civilian market.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop capture plans and win themes for 2–3 large $100M+ pursuits.
• Lead planning sessions with core team and coordinate customer/teammate meetings.
• Oversee knowledge gathering, competitive assessments, and price-to-win activities.
• Write and review white papers, RFI responses, and proposal artifacts.
• Brief status to senior management at milestones and adapt plans as needed.
