KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a seasoned strategic capture leader to drive high-value Federal Government opportunities from early identification through proposal submission and contract award.

You will develop and execute capture plans, lead cross-functional teams, align customer requirements with pricing and teaming, and present executive recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires extensive DoD experience, deep market insight, and the ability to influence strategic direction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 15+ years of federal government contracts or defense capture experience.
• Experience leading large, strategic government captures.
• Deep understanding of DoD requirements and acquisition processes.
• Strong customer engagement and win-strategy development.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic capture opportunities from identification to award.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans covering engagement, strategy, pricing, and teaming.
• Lead executive gate reviews and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BD, Engineering, Contracts, and Pricing.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and POM/FYDP to shape opportunities.
