Assertive Professionals seeks a Senior Budget Analyst to support our DoD/DoW customer at Quantico, VA. This onsite role manages budget formulation, execution, and financial reporting for the program office.

The position requires an active clearance, 10+ years of budgeting experience, and a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent. Eligible for a signing/relocation incentive, with comprehensive benefits and annual paid leave.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant budgeting/financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, or 8+ years equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS and DoD/DoW policies.
• Experience with GA/financial systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD budget and financial management activities, including spend-plan development.
• Forecasting, budget formulation, execution, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, metrics, briefings, and data visualizations.
• Support year-end closeout activities and financial controls.
