Assertive Professionals in Quantico, VA is seeking a Senior Business & Financial Operations Analyst to support the DoD/DoW customer. This onsite role emphasizes operations optimization, cost tracking, SOP development, and governance activities within a fast-growing, employee-centric small business.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; OR a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting experience
• 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis of financial or programmatic data
• Competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Support DCSA Acquisition & Technology by identifying and addressing gaps in business operations
• Document and improve workflows; develop SOPs and draft policies
• Support business case and gap analyses; manage lifecycle documentation
• Support project cost tracking, WBSs and schedules; governance activities
• Process improvement, reporting and metrics; onboarding/offboarding support
• Year-end ABM reconciliation and special projects
