Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC (ADV) seeks a Senior Budget Strategy Specialist – Program Support to join our Washington, DC on-site office. The role supports the DASD-CN&SP and focuses on PPBE budgeting, funding analysis, and prioritization of CD/CTOC/CTF investments.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, a master’s degree, and 10+ years of DoD budget experience, including ERP systems and manpower data analytics.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 10 years of experience at DoD/SES level or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of DoD PPBE processes and budgeting authorities.
• Strong writing and briefing skills for budget justifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CD/CTOC/CTF program requirements and budget execution to support PPBE.
• Prepare resource packages and brief leadership with recommendations.
• Support reprogramming actions and routine/special program audits.
• Provide data-driven analysis to prioritize program investment and oversight.
• Communicate complex budget concepts clearly to DoD and USG personnel.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver timely briefings.
