Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to support working relationships and formal presentations.
• Analytical skills relating to business development and capture management.
• Experience in U.S. Federal Government business development, capture and proposal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle business development and capture management from opportunity identification to contract award.
• Manage, analyze, and develop responses to RFIs and proposals; craft winning capture strategies.
• Coordinate with VP of Business Development and Proposal Management on plan and execution.
