Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager-FNR to oversee the acquisition process for strategic opportunities, with a focus on rapid and non-traditional acquisition efforts in DoW and IC environments.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, technical fluency in range and RDT&E environments, and coordination with senior leaders to deliver integrated solutions across technologies and venues. This remote position supports fast-paced pursuit activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field and at least 10 years of technical or business-related experience.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in U.S. Federal Government business development, capture management, and proposal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an FNR business development portfolio to execute corporate growth strategies, goals, and milestones.
• Shape opportunities around incubation of technologies, venues, processes, products, and solutions.
• Manage full life-cycle business development and capture activities, including opportunity identification, competitive analysis, capture strategy development, team building, proposal support, pricing strategy, and preparation for contract award.
• Oversee and direct negotiations involving teaming agreements and workshare with technology partners, range operators, and other integrators as required.
• Develop and maintain deep, consultative customer relationships, including within classified and compartmented environments, to ensure technologies, venues, processes, and solutions remain aligned with market and mission needs.
