Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

You will analyze acquisition processes, manage cross-functional efforts across engineering, testing, production, and logistics, and develop acquisition documents to aid government PMs. The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD program management experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• 10+ years of DoD acquisition program management experience.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes, reports, and RFP/J&A development.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver courses of action.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, testing, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans.
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD orgs and industry.
• Maintain roadmaps for DoD tech development areas within Service labs.
• Interact with industry partners on technology development reviews.
• Plan and execute transport, storage, and tracking of assets.
• Support DoD Anti-Tamper curriculum and training materials.
