Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities include analyzing DoD acquisition processes, managing tech development, and leading acquisition documentation while coordinating with DoD and industry partners. Requirements include an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a master's or bachelor's degree with substantial DoD experience, and up to 10% travel.

Formación

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• Master's degree with 10+ years of DoD Acquisition Program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze DoD acquisition processes to deliver warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, testing, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents to support government PMs' program decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Coordinate and develop RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans for new tech contracts.
• Plan strategy meetings among DoD orgs, Service leads, SMEs, and industry to guide DoD guidance across the AT community.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas within Service labs.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners to support technology development reviews and meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach and DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course modules.
