Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to provide senior technical leadership across acquisition management capabilities.

You will plan, execute, and oversee acquisition programs while leading a support team and engaging with senior government officials. Active Secret clearance or higher is required, US citizenship is needed, and a Master's degree with 15+ years in acquisition/program management (10+ years in leadership) is expected.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of related acquisition/program management experience with ten (10) years in a leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis and development of recommendations and final products.
• Prepare final products; lead meetings and workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution.
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to acquisition initiatives.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments.
• Identify and capture Acquisition Management opportunities during proposals.
• Oversee project execution.
