Serco Inc. seeks an Acquisitions Management and Contracting Professional to lead high-impact DoD programs, guiding executives and client teams. The role demands active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a track record in DoD acquisition leadership; expect responsibilities spanning planning, analysis, and proposal development.

You will engage senior officials, mentor teams, and drive change while ensuring rigorous risk management and high-quality outcomes across complex programs.

Qualificações

• Secret Clearance required
• US citizenship required
• Master's degree in a relevant field with 15 years of related acquisition/program management experience and 10 years in leadership
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies
• Experience with DoD 5000 series directives and FAR/DFARs
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end including cost, schedule and performance

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects
• Lead analysis and development of final products and recommendations
• Prepare final products and Facilitate meetings and workshops
• Support cost, schedule and performance management activities
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution
• Provide leadership and SME input on acquisition initiatives
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy development and process improvements
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews and contractor assessments
• Identify and capture Acquisition Management opportunities during proposals
• Oversee project execution
