Serco Inc. invites applications for an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional who will act as a senior technical leader, guiding acquisition programs, leading a support team, and delivering high-quality outcomes for DoD/DoW systems.

You will engage with government executives, briefings, and large meetings to drive mission success. The role requires active Secret level clearance, US citizenship, and a strong track record in program management, contracting, and strategic planning in

Qualifikationen

• Secret Clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field with minimum 15 years related acquisition/program management experience and 10 years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies for development, production and fielding of major weapon systems.
• Extensive experience with Defense Acquisition management processes in DoD 5000 series and FAR/DFARs.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end including cost, schedule and performance; oversee scope and progress.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lead a collaborative team on complex projects.
• Ability to contribute to business development and crafting proposals.
• Ability to travel up to 10–25% as required.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis to develop recommendations and final products.
• Lead preparation of final products and facilitate meetings/workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships during project execution.
• Provide leadership and SME input to acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and process improvements.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments.
• Identify and capture Acquisition Management opportunities during proposals.
• Oversee project execution.
