Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to lead high-impact programs, provide executive-level guidance, and direct a skilled support team across DoD/DoW acquisitions.

The role requires DoD/DoW experience, a Secret clearance, and a proven track record in fast-paced environments. You will plan, execute, and oversee acquisition management efforts, engage with senior government officials, lead meetings and workshops, and drive business

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field with extensive acquisition/program management experience.
Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies.
Experience with DoD 5000 series directives and FAR/DFARs.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee acquisition management and contracting analysis and transformation projects.
Lead analysis and development of recommendations and final products.
Prepare final products, facilitate meetings and workshops.
Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
Manage customer relationships during project execution.
Provide leadership and SME support to acquisition initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
Assist with contract execution and program reviews.
Identify and capture acquisition opportunities during proposals.
Oversee project execution.
