Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States seeks an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to lead strategic acquisition programs for DoD/DoW, including managing high-impact projects and guiding executive-level clients. Active Secret clearance or higher is required and DoD/DoW experience is valued.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, and oversight of acquisition programs, mentoring teams, and supporting proposals. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with extensive acquisition/program management experience.
• 15+ years related experience with 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of DoD/DoW program management, contracting policies, and DoD 5000 series directives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis and development of final products; facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities; manage client relationships.
• Provide leadership and SME support to acquisition initiatives and proposal development.
• Oversee project execution and drive business development efforts.
