Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisitions Management and Contracting Professional to provide senior technical leadership across acquisition programs, advising clients at an executive level, and directing a support team. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing complex programs with DoD experience.

Requirements include a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a Master’s degree with extensive related experience in DoD/DoW acquisition and contracting. Travel up to 10–25% may be required.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of related acquisition/program management experience with ten (10) years in a leadership position.
• Active Secret clearance or higher; US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis and development of final products and recommendations.
• Lead preparation of final products; facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution.
• Provide leadership and SME support to acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and program performance reviews.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments.
