Serco Inc. in the United States seeks an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to lead high-impact programs with executive-level clients.

You will plan, execute, and oversee acquisition projects, provide strategic guidance, and mentor a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Secret clearance or higher, US citizenship, and a Master’s degree with extensive DoD/DoW program management knowledge.

• Master's degree in a relevant field with leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects, including proposing, planning, assigning and managing task leads.
• Lead analysis of Acquisition Management and Contracting efforts, developing recommendations and final products.
• Lead the preparation of final products, lead meeting and workshop preparation and facilitation.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the execution of Acquisition Management and Contracting projects.
• Provide leadership, analytical support, and subject matter expertise to acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and review of compliance and performance standards.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments; mentor junior staff and guide clients through change management.
• Identify, lead, and capture Acquisition Management opportunities and contribute to proposals.
• Oversee project execution.
