Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize DocuSign CLM solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with stakeholders to streamline contract processes, automate workflows, and manage integrations, including Salesforce CRM/CPQ.

This remote role is open to qualified applicants in Minneapolis, MN, with the goal of delivering high-quality CLM solutions. You will lead CLM demonstrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development, templates and configuration.
• Proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for system eForm and email templates.
• Basic C# programming knowledge relevant to CLM workflows.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST concepts.
• Preferred: contract management or legal operations background.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present and lead client interactions.
• Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to adapt to a remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration and metadata management.
• Create user-friendly form designs using HTML and CLM features.
• Configure CLM administration settings to optimize performance.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and other systems via API and connectors.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot CLM-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for CLM customizations and integrations.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices.
