Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CLM solutions for contract lifecycles. You will work with stakeholders to streamline processes, automate workflows, and manage integrations from a remote position spanning the US.

The role requires deep DocuSign CLM configuration knowledge, data governance, and enterprise delivery. You will mentor juniors, lead demos, and stay current with CLM trends while delivering high-quality work.

Qualificações

• Experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development, template creation, and system configuration.
• Proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic HTML knowledge for system eForm and email template development.
• Basic proficiency in C# within CLM workflow development.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST API concepts.
• Preferred experience in contract management or legal operations.
• Strong problem-solving, independent and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a remote model and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance.
• Handle CLM data management, migration, metadata, and integrations.
• Create user-friendly HTML forms and CLM features for UX.
• Configure CLM admin settings to optimize performance.
• Integrate CLM with Salesforce CRM/CPQ via API connectors.
• Lead technical CLM demos during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM issues.
• Collaborate with DocuSign support for best practices.
• Perform regular system maintenance and security updates.
• Create and maintain technical docs for CLM customizations.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM practices.
• Participate in template/workflow reviews to ensure quality.
• Stay updated with DocuSign CLM features and industry trends.
