Job summary

MBO Partners is seeking an experienced DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant to lead the assessment, design, and deployment of CLM capabilities for contract workflows, approvals, and reporting. The role partners with Legal, Procurement, and Vendor Management to streamline processes, automate approvals, and drive user adoption across the organization.

This is a contract-based role requiring US work authorization and offering hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring DocuSign CLM.
• Strong understanding of CLM processes and best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation and approval processes.
• Strong business process analysis and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional system solutions.
• Experience supporting systems integrations and cross-functional technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including change management and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with Legal, Procurement, Vendor Management, and other key stakeholders.
• Assess current contract processes and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Design and configure DocuSign CLM workflows for creation, review, approvals, execution, renewals, and reporting.
• Develop scalable CLM processes aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Support DocuSign CLM integrations with relevant systems and applications.
• Coordinate testing activities including system testing and UAT, and resolve issues.
• Drive user adoption and change management to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide guidance on DocuSign CLM functionality, configuration, and best practices.
• Support overall project delivery from assessment through deployment.
