Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize DocuSign CLM solutions. You will work with stakeholders to streamline contract processes, automate workflows, and manage integrations from a remote location in the United States.

The role requires deep knowledge of DocuSign CLM configuration, enterprise-level delivery, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with DocuSign CLM workflow development and template creation.
• Knowledge of CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic HTML for system eForm and email template development.
• C# programming in CLM workflow development.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance with organized document management.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including migration, metadata, and integrations.
• Create user-friendly form designs using HTML and CLM features.
• Configure CLM administration settings to optimize performance and productivity.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and other systems.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM issues.
• Coordinate with DocuSign support for best-practice implementation.
• Maintain system reliability and security through regular updates.
• Create and maintain technical docs for CLM customizations and integrations.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM practices.
