Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred.
• Strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using Office apps, PDF tools, and transcription software.
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts with precision.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects and confidential materials.
