Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in document control preferred.
• Five or more years' experience in document control or a related field is preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and leading document control teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software; ability to learn client or company systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day document control activities and set project priorities.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure controlled records and turnover packages.
• Review team output for accuracy, completeness, and revision status before release.
• Train and coach document control personnel on procedures and data book expectations.
• Lead routine document status reviews and escalate risks to management.
