Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Document Control Analyst to strengthen governance within the Delivery Program PMO and project portfolio. The role owns day-to-day administration of the Center of Excellence document library, ensures records remain complete, current, accessible, and audit-ready across the project lifecycle.

You'll establish controlled policy and templates, support project teams with document-control standards, and provide leadership visibility into documentation quality,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of document control experience in technical projects.
• Experience with Procore, SharePoint, and document-control systems.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to train users.

Responsibilities

• Establish a governed source for PMO policy, process, and templates.
• Improve consistency in project records naming, retention, and retrieval.
• Provide visibility into documentation quality and compliance.
• Support teams to use proper design, construction, and records workflows.
• Coordinate document intake, revision histories, and archival.
