STACK Infrastructure US is hiring an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the Delivery PMO controls, overseeing cost, schedule, and performance data across multiple data center construction projects. The role partners with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, and Finance to ensure accurate governance and informed decision-making.

You will drive budgets, schedules, forecasting, and variance analysis, while scaling controls tools and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls with a focus on multiple large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience successfully managing a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, train, and manage a project controls team of cost managers and schedulers (internal and with external providers).
• Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders with status and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project reviews and analyses for critical path, delays, cost impacts, and optimization opportunities.
• Provide strategic direction and decision-making across the portfolio aligning with client objectives and STACK’s goals.
• Deliver executive-level reports on performance, risk, and recovery plans while contributing as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Construction Finance and Development for visibility, forecasting, and baselining.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses for concise performance articulation.
