Qualifications

• 5+ years in managerial or supervisory roles.
• 2+ years in supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience with 3PL or contract logistics preferred.
• Staff management and leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Develop strategies to optimize processes, cut costs, and boost productivity.
• Lead and coach Operations Managers and staff to build a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety compliance and reliable site operations.
• Use WMS, automation and tech to track inventory and performance.
• Prepare reports and MB/R QBR with customers and drive improvements.
