DHL Supply Chain seeks a General Manager I - Distribution to lead our warehouse network with P&L responsibility and strategic process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of managerial experience in 3PL/warehousing, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple facilities.

Salary range $120,000 - $155,000 with comprehensive benefits and a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in managerial/supervisory roles.
• 2+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution.
• Staff management experience.
• P&L responsibility preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Develop strategies to optimize processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
• Lead and coach the Operations team and staff.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Utilize WMS, automation, and technology to track inventory and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and control costs.
• Prepare and analyze reports on performance, inventory levels, and KPIs.
• Lead customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Own the site's P&L and financial outcomes.
• Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
