Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a General Manager III to lead nationwide warehouse operations. You will develop strategies, drive safety and productivity, and mentor a team of Operations Managers and staff to deliver outstanding performance.

This role manages P&L, leverages WMS and automation, analyzes reports, and maintains customer satisfaction. A strong background in warehousing, 5 years of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• 2 years in supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
• Staff management experience required.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Develop strategies to optimize processes and costs.
• Lead and coach Operations Managers and staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and a productive environment.
• Utilize WMS and automation to track inventory and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and site operations per contract.
• Prepare reports on performance and inventory levels.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Own the site P&L.
• Prepare and present MBR/QBR to customers.
