HD Supply is seeking a Distribution Center Leader to manage the operation of a DC, align with company goals, and provide input on strategic and operational planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will oversee fleet management, process improvements, and inventory controls to drive safety and efficiency.

The role requires oversight of a team, collaboration with the DC Manager, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and HR policies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 7+ years in a related field.
• 7+ years in a distribution center with 3+ years in management.
• May require certification; advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides input to DC Manager for operating plans for warehouse and transportation operations.
• Develops departmental operating budgets with cost justification.
• Implements process improvements and conducts analysis on asset utilization and processes.
• Ensures safety and Hazmat compliance and protects facility, equipment, and inventory.
• Supervises Assistant Manager and hourly staff; coaches and takes corrective action.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
