HD Supply is seeking a DC Leader to operate a Distribution Center in alignment with company goals. You will provide input for operational planning, budgeting, reporting, and inventory management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee a team, coach associates, and drive process improvements to optimize warehouse performance and service levels. Collaboration with the DC Manager is essential to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a distribution center, including 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Provides input to DC Manager for operating plans for warehouse and transportation operations.
• Leads safety and HazMat compliance and protects inventory and staff.
• Manages Assistant Manager and hourly staff; trains, coaches and takes corrective action as needed.
• Drives process improvements and analyzes asset utilization and performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
