HD Supply Management, LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee multiple departments within the DC, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. You will provide direction and motivation to warehouse associates while upholding safety, productivity, and quality standards.

The role involves monitoring productivity, training staff, addressing escalated issues, driving process improvements, and ensuring inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in a distribution center.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsabilités

• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment for warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient tasks.
• Acts as a point of contact for escalated issues and ensures smooth warehousing operations.
• Identifies process improvements to boost DC efficiency and inventory control.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and productivity reports are completed.
