The role requires strong experience in distribution center management, with a focus on cost control, compliance, and team leadership to meet organizational objectives and service standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a distribution center
• 3+ years of management experience
• BS/BA in a related discipline; advanced degree may offset less experience

Responsibilities

• Provides input to DC Manager for operating plans for warehouse and transportation operations
• Leads and coaches associates to ensure safety, compliance, and inventory integrity
• Manages performance of the Assistant Manager and hourly staff
• Performs departmental analysis on asset utilization and cost control and reports results
• Drives process improvements and budget development in the department
