HD Supply seeks a Supervisory professional to oversee multiple DC departments including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, and replenishment. You will guide warehouse associates, drive safety, productivity, and quality, and ensure policies are followed.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced distribution environment, with focus on efficiency, training, and process improvements to support reliable delivery performance across the DC network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center (duplicate line).
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role (duplicate line).

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Acts as the point of contact for escalated issues and ensures smooth warehousing operations.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures clean work areas and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
