Job summary

Parkland Corporation, now part of Sunoco LP, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator Lead to supervise day-to-day dispatch and logistics operations and to provide guidance to the dispatch team.

You will coordinate workloads, support dispatch platforms, resolve issues, and ensure reliable customer service while partnering with operations, technology teams, and vendors. A relevant degree and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch operations, or related fields preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dispatch platforms, routing, telemetry, or related tech preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to dispatch personnel.
• Coordinate dispatcher workloads, priorities, and coverage for daily ops.
• Offer hands-on dispatch support and act as escalation point.
• Support operation and troubleshooting of dispatch platforms and logistics systems.
• Monitor workflows, tank monitoring, telemetry, and system exceptions.
• Coordinate with operations, tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to dispatch staff.
• Maintain dispatch procedures, reports, and processes; identify improvement opportunities.
