Job summary

Sunoco LP, now part of a broader network including Parkland assets, seeks a Sales Support Coordinator in Miami to ensure smooth order processing, responsive customer service, and accurate pricing quotes. You will coordinate with dispatch, manage the customer portal, and support onboarding for new clients.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales support or logistics, strong communication, and the ability to learn product lines and CRM/MDM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or logistics (fuel/ lubricant industry a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful problem-solving mindset and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to learn product lines and navigate CRM/ERP/MDM software and portals.
• Strong time-management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and track orders with end-to-end data accuracy.
• Own backorder process; monitor inventory; communicate updates to sales and customers.
• Collaborate with dispatch to resolve delivery issues and delays.
