Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in logistics, dispatch or related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers on routes daily.
• Process tickets and resolve rush or missed deliveries.
• Communicate with external customers to ensure service quality.
• Operate and generate reports using GPS systems.
• Manage PTO, Kronos, and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure DOT compliance and proper driver paperwork.
• Assist with driver training and new hire paperwork.
• Filing and record-keeping for vehicle-related documents.
