Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervising dispatch or logistics staff.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable with experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet.
• Experience with fleet management or leasing preferred.
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the dispatch team; set performance expectations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues to uphold service levels.
• Oversee logistics coordination and optimize team workflow.
• Maintain documentation standards using Monday.com.
• Manage fleet tracking and keep databases current.
• Develop and improve dispatch procedures and policies.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with leadership on goals and initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Handle other related operational tasks.
