Job summary

You will monitor transportation metrics, collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service to resolve issues, and coach the dispatch team to uphold safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in transportation, logistics, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching, routing, fleet coordination, and customer service.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Proficiency with transportation, dispatch, and business management systems.
• Office-based role with regular interaction with drivers and customers.
