Qualifications

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads.
• Ensure drivers comply with ECW/Owner Operator contracts.
• Coordinate vacations, time-off, and payroll with drivers.
• Discipline drivers when standards are not met.
• Handle payroll activities related to drivers.
• Provide safety materials and instruction to drivers.
• Communicate fleet maintenance issues to ECW personnel.

Responsibilities
