Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the dispatch team with regular coaching.
• Primary escalation point for customer issues to uphold service.
• Oversee logistics coordination and optimize workflow.
• Maintain documentation standards for shipping and inventory logs.
• Manage fleet tracking and update internal databases.
• Develop and improve dispatch procedures and best practices.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Director of Customer Success on goals.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Handle other related operational tasks.
