The role includes end-to-end workforce management, coordinating trainings, and hiring decisions, with a focus on maintaining fleet readiness and efficient workflows at the Atlanta location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office activities (fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, schedules).
• Manage location operations, vehicle assignments, and driver readiness for shifts.
• Monitor metrics like attendance, safety, customer service; take corrective action as needed.
• Lead workforce management: hiring, training setup, and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address vehicle issues and fleet prep.
• Oversee vehicle fleet cleaning and preparation; maintain consistent communication with the location manager.
