Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of Dispatch Service work experience for the standard role.
• 4 years of experience for Senior Dispatch Service role.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, and dispatches daily service workload for technicians and crews.
• Updates work order completion data in Banner system.
• Monitors SCADA telemetry and notifies relevant personnel of issues.
• Prepares documents, reports, and logs.
• Ensures compliance with FCC rules and regulations.
• Acts as primary contact for NMGC emergency responses statewide.
