Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Background check and FBI fingerprint clearance required.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical and psychological exams.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain NM Class D driver’s license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and evaluate incoming requests for emergency and non-emergency services.
  • Triage requests for service and coordinate appropriate responses.
  • Provide guidance to the public in life-safety situations and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Ensure 24/7 coverage via rotating work schedule.
