Job summary

New Mexico Gas Company is seeking a Dispatch Service professional to manage daily service workloads for technicians, line locators, and field teams. You will monitor work orders in the Banner system, track progress, and coordinate with various NMGC departments to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 2 years of dispatch experience for the Entry level, or 4 years for Senior level, plus a valid driver’s license. Bilingual skills are a plus, and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dispatch Service: 2 years of experience related to duties.
• Dispatch Service Senior: 4 years of experience related to duties.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Preferences: Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or dispatch experience.

Responsibilities

• Disptaches daily service workload for technicians, locators, crews, and other NMGC departments.
• Ensures accuracy and timely updates of work orders in Banner system.
• Monitors SCADA telemetry and alerts appropriate personnel.
• Prepares documents, reports and logs.
• Acts as a focal point for NMGC emergency responses statewide.
